What guarantees I have if my parcel has not arrived?

First of all, you should check the delivery option you opt to. If it is regular, the maximum waiting period is 30 business days. If you opt to express you have to wait for 14 business days maximum. If all the terms are expired you have to contact our customer care service. The manager will solve this problem offering a refund or reshipment free of charge.

But if you enter incorrect shipping details our online pharmacy doesn’t bear any responsibilities. It is your mistake which causes non-delivery of the product.
